The system utilises a modular assembly of posts, handrails, and articulated joints that can navigate complex angles and curved balconies without the need for on-site welding or specialist fabrication.
System Flexibility and Infill Options
The round railing system is engineered for maximum versatility. Post profiles (typically 40 mm or 50 mm diameter) accommodate various infill options including horizontal safety bars, vertical spindles or glass panels via adjustable D-clamps. The 50 mm handrail provides continuous support and can be extended seamlessly using internal splicing sleeves. Designed to withstand crowd-loading forces according to EN 1991-1-1, the thick-walled aluminium extrusions (up to 2.5 mm) deliver exceptional rigidity while remaining lightweight for transport and installation.
Finish Quality and International Delivery
To ensure long-lasting performance in coastal or urban environments, ICS round railings are finished with 15–20 µm anodic oxidation or Qualicoat-certified polyester powder coating.
