Why Aluminium Profile?
extensive range Profile Varieties
ICS Aluminium offers over extensive aluminium profile varieties for every construction project — from standard box profiles to custom extrusions.
International Standards
CE-certified aluminium profiles with Qualicoat and Qualanod-compliant surface finishing. Exported to over 80 countries.
Corrosion Resistance
Aluminium profiles do not rust. Anodised or powder-coated surfaces provide decades of protection even in coastal areas — ideal for curtain walls, glass balconies and handrails.
Lightweight & High Strength
Aluminium profiles are three times lighter than steel with comparable strength. 6060, 6063 and 6082 aluminium alloys provide the right mechanical properties for every application.
Round Railing Systems: Classic Aesthetics, Modern Engineering
ICS round-section aluminium railings offer a timeless, ergonomic design that softens the visual lines of balconies and staircases. The cylindrical profile is naturally comfortable to grip, making it a preferred choice for public buildings, hospitals and care facilities, as well as residential terraces. The system utilises a modular assembly of posts, handrails, and articulated joints that can navigate complex angles and curved balconies without the need for on-site welding or specialist fabrication.

System Flexibility and Infill Options
The round railing system is engineered for maximum versatility. Post profiles (typically 40 mm or 50 mm diameter) accommodate various infill options including horizontal safety bars, vertical spindles or glass panels via adjustable D-clamps. The 50 mm handrail provides continuous support and can be extended seamlessly using internal splicing sleeves. Designed to withstand crowd-loading forces according to EN 1991-1-1, the thick-walled aluminium extrusions (up to 2.5 mm) deliver exceptional rigidity while remaining lightweight for transport and installation.

Finish Quality and International Delivery
To ensure long-lasting performance in coastal or urban environments, ICS round railings are finished with 15–20 µm anodic oxidation or Qualicoat-certified polyester powder coating. Wood-effect sublimation finishes are also available for projects seeking a traditional look with the durability of aluminium. Our export logistics team provides competitive FOB and CIF rates to ports worldwide, with profiles securely packed in protective sleeving and export-grade timber crates to guarantee pristine arrival at your site.
